Refund Policy

Because eSIMs are digital goods, refunds are available only for eSIMs that have not yet been installed or activated.

If an eSIM fails to provision or you were charged in error, contact us with your order id for a full refund.

Once an eSIM has been installed/activated on a device, it cannot be refunded as the underlying data allowance has been committed.
